Albertsons Companies is hiring a Front-End Team Member in Vacaville, CA. The role focuses on creating a smooth checkout experience, handling transactions and helping customers with efficiency and friendliness.

You will rotate between scanning, bagging, and assisting in keeping the front-end area organized and stocked, adapting to varying customer flow throughout each shift. The position requires flexible availability, basic math and communication skills, and a willingness to complete cashier

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on state).
• Completion of cashier/front-end training on hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scan items, bag groceries, and assist customers at checkout.
• Process purchases accurately using cash, card, or digital payments.
• Maintain clean, organized front-end area and stock as needed.
• Assist with cart retrieval, restocking, and general upkeep.
• Answer customer questions and resolve simple issues promptly.
