Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on state)
• Completion of cashier or front-end training on hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with friendly service
• Process transactions including cash, card, and digital payments
• Bag groceries and help with stocking and cart retrieval
• Maintain clean, organized front-end area and assist with routine tasks
• Follow store policies and register procedures during shift
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow throughout the day
• Handle pricing issues or questions and escalate when needed
