Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure orders are processed in line with our customer service standards. You will operate in a meat processing facility environment under the supervision of leads and supervisors, focusing on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include verifying pallet weights, rejecting non-conforming pallets, counting products, labeling shipments, and maintaining a clean workstation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong desire to accept responsibility, show initiative and be a team player.
• Must be able to work cooperatively with other workers throughout the plant.
• Must be able to communicate with Management, Supervision and Leads.
• Experience in computer data processing.
• Some knowledge in packaging material weights and product description.
• Knowledge of product preferred.

• Rejecting pallets/orders that do not meet specifications.
• Counting product/cases per pallet physically and noting quantities on the packing slip.
• Responsible for making sure that all pallets are in acceptable condition.
• Ensuring that all pallets/orders are properly labeled and accompanied with all the required documentation.
• Communicating all product shortages to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Keeping workstation in a clean and safe condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
