Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a warehouse associate to support order processing and dock duties at our Indiana facility. You will work with a shift team under supervision to maintain accurate shipping/receiving workflows and ensure safe product handling.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and to operate a forklift, in a cool, loud warehouse setting. You will follow GMPs/SOPs and participate in a team environment to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more than 100 lbs.
• Work in a cold environment and in loud conditions typical of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Keep pace with the work area and team to meet efficiency targets.
• Work as a team to meet product specs safely and effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with associates and management.
• Handle shipping/receiving in the dock area and prepare loads.
• Operate forklift safely and competently.
• Assist other departments as directed by supervisor/lead/manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Must keep pace with work area and team.
• Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
• Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all associates, coworkers and upper management.
• Shipping/Receiving in Dock Area.
• Operate Fork Lift.
