Description

Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center is seeking a high-caliber, service-driven Check-In Receptionist to serve as a critical part of our patient access team. This role is far more than front desk support—it is the gateway to the patient experience.

As the first point of contact, you set the tone for every patient visit. You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their care from the moment they walk through our doors. This is an entry-level opportunity with high expectations, ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about helping others.

Why This Role Matters
Patient access is one of the most important functions in healthcare. Every interaction - every greeting, every check-in, every scheduling conversation - impacts patient satisfaction, clinic flow, and overall outcomes.

In this role, you are not just checking in patients - you are helping reduce wait times, improve clinic efficiency, ensure accurate patient information, and create a welcoming and compassionate environment. Your work directly supports physicians and clinical teams and plays a major role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

We are looking for individuals who understand that service excellence is not optional - it is essential.

Characteristics of Work
Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center is searching for a dedicated professional who can excel in a fast-paced clinic environment with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
