Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a dedicated Chauffeur to provide luxury shuttle service for hotel guests in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The role emphasizes safe, polished transportation from arrival to departure and a refined guest experience.

You will greet passengers, assist with luggage, and maintain professional communication with dispatch while upholding the hotel’s luxury standards. This full-time position requires flexible mornings/evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with passenger endorsement or CDL.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.
• Pass DOT physical exam requirement.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive shuttle passengers to and from the hotel.
• Assist guests with baggage loading and unloading.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation and report issues.
• Communicate with dispatch using two-way radio and coordinate pickups.
• Perform pre/post trip shuttle inspections.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions and inform dispatch of issues.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to dispatch.

Position Summary.

The luxury shuttle chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, seamless, and elevated transportation services for hotel guests, ensuring a refined and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires delivering exceptional, personalized service with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.

The chauffeur will assist guests with luggage, anticipate needs, and maintain the highest standards of comfort, discretion, and safety while operating the vehicle. Strong communication with dispatch and attention to detail are essential to ensure efficient coordination and a flawless guest experience. This position plays a key role in creating a sophisticated first and last impression aligned with the hotel’s luxury standards and brand image.

What we're looking for:

• You will safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel.
• You will cheerfully greet passengers and provide assistance with baggage loading and unloading.
• You will always take care to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and will record any issues with the vehcile on the appropriate forms.
• You will Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or CDL.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume, shift, season, etc.
• Possess positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
