Qualifications

• Regional hotel sales leadership experience or higher.
• Experience leading multi-property sales teams across a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue strategy, forecasting, and market segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for Vision Hospitality Group’s Chattanooga area hotels.
• Provide strategic leadership to property sales teams, General Managers, and hotel leaders.
• Establish sales goals, priorities, and accountability across the Chattanooga portfolio.
• Analyze market conditions, booking pace, and market share to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to align sales with pricing and inventory.
• Lead partnership discussions, proposals, and negotiations with major accounts.
• Build strong partnerships with community organizations and regional stakeholders.
