Job summary

Prinsco in Chatsworth, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor who leads with integrity and supports a safe, high-quality operation. This role provides daily leadership to production team members, promoting teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

You'll drive production planning, scheduling, and equipment operation while partnering with plant leadership to boost efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with prior supervisory experience and a Lean mindset.

This role provides day to day leadership to production team members while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment where people feel supported and expectations are clear.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a supervisory role within a production environment may be considered.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving operational goals.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
