Job summary

Logicgridz is seeking a ChatBot Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-grade chatbot solutions on Azure. You will design conversational flows, supervise integration with web and mobile channels, and lead a small team through rapid iteration.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, LUIS, multilingual and voice bots, and proven ability to translate business goals into scalable bot architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience building chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proven ability to integrate bots with web and mobile channels.
• Sound knowledge of LUIS and multilingual/voice bot capabilities.
• Ability to design effective conversational flows and scalable architectures on Azure.
