Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for commission-driven Chat Sales Specialists to join our team! The Chat Sales Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking support through digital channels. This role involves engaging with leads via online chat, using templated responses and scripts to deliver a consistent, professional brand experience. The specialist qualifies prospects, schedules appointments for eligible clients, and documents interactions accurately. Success requires managing multiple conversations, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure a seamless client journey. When necessary, guiding clients through enrollment to ensure a smooth transition into the program.

This position involves no cold calling, as National Debt Relief provides optimized marketing channels geared towards high conversion and sales. It is a remote role with an expected start date of 6/27/2025. Scheduling will be based on business needs and confirmed before hiring. We seek individuals available for an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, in Mountain Time: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming chat inquiries from prospective clients.
• Use templated responses and scripts to guide conversations and maintain brand consistency.
• Qualify prospects and determine next steps based on criteria.
• Schedule appointments for qualified leads and maintain accurate notes.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales teams for smooth handoffs.
• Guide clients through enrollment when needed.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company-sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; these may change.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in account executive, inside sales, or lead generation roles.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Chat experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Comfort with templated messaging and workflows.
• Attention to detail and client-first mindset.
• Punctuality and readiness to work at shift start.

Compensation

Starting at $31,200 annually, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Total first-year earnings average around $75,000, with top performers earning up to $100K.
