Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience (preferably automotive).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule for overtime, holidays, and weekends.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and technical information to understand chassis components and specs.
• Perform chassis evaluations of components including motors, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and ride quality.
• Audit assembly processes to identify root causes and coordinate countermeasures with stakeholders.
• Investigate quality issues with teams and implement cross-department solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive testing and audit records; update countermeasure data.
• Generate detailed reports on trends and root causes; share findings with relevant departments.
