Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Engineering, Product Development, or Technical Project Management, preferably automotive.
• Solid expertise in Requirements Management and Change Management protocols.
• Experience in global corporate environments with market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Management: lead technical consultant for customer interactions and reviews.
• Strategic Growth: work with KAMs to identify tech trends and promote innovations.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: coordinate with R&D, PM, and QA to meet QDC targets.
• Operational Excellence: manage Requirements Engineering, Change Management and problem resolution lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Alignment: maintain Open Point Lists and Minutes of Meetings for transparency.
• Risk Mitigation: identify bottlenecks and work with senior management on decisive actions.
