Job summary

Turning Point Action in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Ballot Chaser to lead outreach for the Chase The Vote initiative. You will engage voters, collaborate with the ballot chase manager, and help build a community network to monitor voting habits in your territory.

Responsibilities include daily data tracking, relationship building across communities, and pursuing attainable goals while ensuring ethical, responsive outreach and adherence to campaign guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in field staff or grassroots campaigns is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs/Sheets).
• Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.

• Encourage ballot submissions from constituents.
• Identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in designated precincts.
• Track data daily to measure progress toward goals.
