The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our East Bethel, MN team. This part-time, school-based position focuses on counseling students, collaborating with families and educators, and supporting social-emotional well-being to help academic success.

Requirements include a graduate degree in Social Work, current Minnesota Social Worker license (PELSB), and prior school-based experience.

• Graduate degree from an accredited Social Work program.
• Current Social Worker license in Minnesota.
• PELSB.
• School-based experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
