Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Roseville and Lincoln, CA. In this part-time role, you will help students improve mobility, independence, and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

You will work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective plans and contribute to student goals while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
