The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This part-time role focuses on helping students improve mobility, independence, and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

We value clinicians who enjoy working with children, can collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings to advance student goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Virtual/teletherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
