The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Eastpoint, FL, through onsite or teletherapy services. This part-time role focuses on helping students improve mobility, independence, and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, active license, and experience with children.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals; maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
