The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in San Jose, CA. This part-time role focuses on helping students improve mobility, independence, and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program and an active California PT license, with experience working with children and adolescents and preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
