Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Charter Account Manager to lead end-to-end management of full-ship charter partnerships. You will coordinate contractual implementation, cross-functional planning, customization, financials, and onboard execution with charter clients and internal teams.

You will partner with senior leaders, shipboard teams and charter partners to deliver exceptional experiences, resolve complex client needs, and build long-term relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maritime or cruise-related charter operations or high-touch client management.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with the charter partners and serve as primary contact.
• Manage end-to-end charter execution, including contractual terms and onboard coordination.
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate with shipboard teams, operations, and clients.
