Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to communications from business partners and clients.
• Arrange and track logistical support and documentation for booked trips.
• Assist teams with trip information, including client requests and day-of-flight changes.
• Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements.
• Communicate operational delays and constraints.
• Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using a web-based application.
• Organize the current trip schedule using Microsoft products and web-based apps.
• Prepare pre-trip documentation.
• Assist with gathering information for international trip support.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Duties

• Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients
• Arrange and track logistical support and documentation for booked trips
• Assist applicable teams with needed trip information, including client requests, day-of-flight changes, updates to operational status, and etc.

Duties

• Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements
• Communicate operational delays and constraints
• Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using a provided web-based application
• Organize the current trip schedule utilizing Microsoft products and web-based applications
• Prepare pre-trip documentation
• Assist with gathering required information for international trip support
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
