Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Crew Scheduler to support Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch and our airline partners, ensuring flights are covered and on time. You will provide scheduling support, monitor crewmember legalities and coordinate with multiple departments.

The class begins September 21, 2026. This is an on-site role in St. George, UT with paid training. Training wage starts at $16.50/hour and rises to $19.00/hour after completing classroom and on-desk training.

Primary Job Duties

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:

• Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
• Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
