Job summary

TransWest is seeking safety-minded CDL drivers to transport business clients via shuttle, bus, charter or valet services. The role offers competitive hourly pay with premium add-ons for specific routes and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Responsibilities include safe transport, daily vehicle checks, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to DOT requirements. Candidates should be at least 21, with a valid CDL and DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL Class A or B license.
• Passenger Endorsement required.
• Current/Active DOT Medical Card.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Independent worker who can take direction.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation daily.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters.
• Must be professional and safety minded.
• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
