Job summary

Smith+Nebhew in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full Line Sales Representative to drive growth across our portfolio in healthcare accounts. You will build partnerships with surgeons, clinicians and administrators and deliver product demonstrations to support patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in medical device or related sales, proven sales achievement, and willingness to travel the territory.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of medical device or related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the full Smith+Nebhew portfolio within the Charlotte, NC territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians and key decision makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and clinical support as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and account management.
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and territory planning activities.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity and customer needs.
