Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist for a Lake City, FL facility. This contract role (5+ months) offers an on-site schedule with first shift hours and Saturdays. Pay range is $19–$21 per hour.

Travel to multiple locations may be required and training locations vary. High school diploma and 3+ years in phlebotomy are required, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility for weekends/holidays/on-call and a strong adherence to policies and safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error-free phlebotomy work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Perform pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy with accuracy.
• Cover multiple locations, including Patient Service Center/In-Office, as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
