Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for the Compliance CXAE team in Charlotte, NC. You will develop features for the compliance agent platform using Golang and React, deploy across cloud services, and integrate third-party tools to streamline CX and KYC workflows.

This role sits in Charlotte and is not fully remote, with quarterly in-person surges to align teams. You will mentor peers, collaborate with product, security, and data teams, and contribute to scalable services handling high

Qualifications

2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with Golang or Python or Java and a frontend framework.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
Ability to communicate complex concepts through documentation, design proposals, or code reviews.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services leveraging AWS and Kubernetes.
Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
