Job summary

Rodgers Builders in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our on-site team. You will lead safety, planning, and coordination across multiple subcontractors, ensuring alignment with contract documents and project timelines.

You will drive daily field operations, mentor crew members, and collaborate closely with Owners, Designers, and the project team to deliver high‑quality results in a dynamic regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Lead on construction projects with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate plan, schedule, safety and quality programs.
• Communicate with Owners, Designers and subcontractors.
• Mentor and train team members for site success.
• Proficient in document changes and RFIs.
• Maintain high quality and productivity across trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe practices in execution of project work.
• Develop and communicate project plan including schedule and safety programs.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and lead coordination meetings.
• Plan and maintain shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Maintain daily reports using 360 Field.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Resolve construction issues to maintain productivity.
• Lead scheduling across divisions and control costs.
• Run meetings and coordinate with Owners and Designers.
• Collaborate daily with project team.
