Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience.
• 3+ years managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Strong financial, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project startup activities and coordinate with accounting and customers.
• Develop schedules and procurement timelines; maintain logs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and change orders; review invoices.
• Coordinate BIM coordination meetings and field installation planning.
• Provide field support and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as Jennings Mechanical's primary customer representative.
