Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Durham is seeking a Part-time Sales Assistant (21 hours per week) for a busy clothing store. You will join a fast-paced team, with weekend and bank holiday rota requirements, and support on tills, donations, and merchandising.

As a Keyholder you’ll ensure smooth store operations when the manager isn’t on duty, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with our E-Commerce team to boost online sales.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
• Able to work across 7 days per week.
• 18+ years old to apply.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable guiding volunteers on shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and promote our charity mission.
• Merchandise donated stock to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce team to maximise online sales.
• As a Keyholder, keep the store running when the manager isn’t on duty.
• Handle till and stock duties as part of daily operations.
