Job summary

Bless Your Heart Boutique in Apex, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate who loves fashion and delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, assist with gift options, and complete purchases while upselling to increase average order value.

Duties include on-floor assistance, stocking shelves, processing online orders, entering inventory, tidying the store and dressing rooms, and even taking product photos for social media.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise and gift options; complete customer purchases while actively upselling to increase average order value.
• Actively upsell to increase average order value on purchases.
• Fulfill online orders in a timely fashion; enter inventory as needed.
• Restock shelves with merchandise; ensure dressing rooms are tidy and items are removed after try-on.
• Assist with social media by taking product photos.
• Available shifts for Apex include Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11 AM - Close; two to three weekend days per month.

We seek a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position with needs in our Apex boutique location.

Job Overview:

Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner; provide knowledgeable
feedback to customers regarding merchandise and gift options; complete customer purchases whileactively upselling to increase average order value; actively work sales floor while developing customerrelationships; fulfill online orders in a timely fashion; enter inventory as needed; restock shelves withmerchandise; perform duties as listed on opening and closing procedures; make sure the store is tidythroughout the day including making sure items in dressing rooms are removed after try-on; assist with
social media by taking product photos.

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position.

Available shifts for Apexinclude Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11 AM - Close. All employees must be available to work two to three weekend days (Saturdays and/or Sundays) per month.
