Job summary

Winning SZN in Atlanta is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee for a full-time, in-person role inside retail locations. You will represent nonprofit campaigns, engage directly with customers, and help educate the public about current campaigns and causes we support.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training in community outreach, fundraising, communication, campaign management, and leadership, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and team goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, fundraising, sales, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, fundraising, or professional development.
• Reliable and able to work an in-person schedule in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns inside retail partner locations.
• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations.
• Educate the public about current charitable campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
• Help generate awareness and donor support for the organizations we represent.
• Build positive relationships with customers, retail partners, teammates, and clients.
• Work toward individual and team fundraising and outreach goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing each campaign.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
