Qualifications

• Previous GM or senior restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Strong front-of-house and guest-relations experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the visible face of the restaurant during service.
• Lead FOH operations and maintain elevated hospitality standards.
• Hire, train, and develop managers and staff.
• Coordinate pre-shift meetings and menu/wine knowledge.
• Develop guest experiences and resolve concerns with urgency.
• Oversee reservations, flow, pacing, and presentation.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to align FOH and BOH.
• Drive wine, beverage, and private-dining sales.
• Manage labor, expenses, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol-service and sanitation.
