Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to maintain the Charge Description Master and collaborate with clinical, finance, and IT teams to ensure proper billing categories and coding. The role emphasizes integrity and compliance with payer guidelines and federal standards.

The position supports a fully remote work setup with eligibility for candidates in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Formación

• One year revenue analysis experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the completeness of the Charge Description Master.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to assign Billing Categories and HCPCS codes for revenue allocation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Integrity, charge entry staff, finance, and IS to educate on charge capture and federal guidelines.
• Create and routinely produce reports for auditing, testing, and data mining for Revenue Integrity.
• Coordinate with MedAssets to ensure data accuracy about charges and pricing.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for maintaining the completeness of the Charge Description Master. Will coordinate with clinical departments to assign appropriate Billing Categories to ensure appropriate revenue allocation, as well as the assignment of the appropriate HCPCS codes, to identify supply usage. Will coordinate with Revenue Integrity Department to implement annual coding changes according to payer guidelines. Will coordinate with clinical departments, charge entry staff, finance, information services and others to provide education regarding charge capture processes, in order to ensure compliance with Federal guidelines. Creates and routinely produces reports for auditing, testing and data mining for Revenue Integrity activities. Will coordinate with MedAssets to ensure accuracy of data submitted regarding patient charges and pricing.
