Best Buy is seeking a Finance Chargeback Supervisor to lead a Revenue and Receivables team in Minneapolis. The role oversees chargeback processing, collaborates with banking partners, and drives improvements to minimize losses and improve customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5 years of experience working in Finance or Operational teams.
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Suite.

• Lead and develop chargeback Sr. Specialists through training, coaching, feedback, and accountability to achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with peers, business partners, and leaders to solve problems and drive strong business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and ensure resources are used effectively.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in credit card retrievals, disputes, and chargebacks across designated card types and business areas.
• Make sound decisions, communicate effectively, and solve complex issues with multiple partners in a time-sensitive environment.
• Develop reporting and provide meaningful data and analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Support the training of new employees and seasonal staff members to ensure holiday volumes can be managed against tight timelines
