Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, LLC within BRG is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to join the Payment Operations team. You will oversee the chargeback adjudication process and collaborate with manufacturers, covered entities, and internal teams to optimize data integrity.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business/finance and 3+ years of related experience; familiarity with SAP/SAP 4HANA, Excel, and technical writing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related business experience.
• Experience in contracting, chargeback adjudication within the pharmaceutical industry, medical distribution, and/or healthcare is preferred.
• Leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP 4HANA, or other Accounts Receivable systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Strong technical writing skills and process management experience.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to error prevention and correction.
• Must submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete bank account registration daily for new accounts.
• Work with Product Success to resolve issues.
• Facilitate bank account creation and maintenance; assist with holds.
• Reconcile chargeback credit totals in Beacon and SAP daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and entities on chargeback variances.
• Communicate daily payment amounts to cash accountant and support reconciliations.
• Create daily SAP chargeback payments for manufacturers per process.
• Maintain target performance goals for chargeback payments.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of Beacon and SAP master data.
• Create and maintain manufacturer contracts, pricing, and Beacon data.
• Support manufacturers and internal teams for banking/financial processes.
• Ensure SOC 1 controls are performed and documented.
• Support SOC 2 audits as needed.
• Assist Development/Implementation teams with EDI monitoring.
