Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing operations during assigned shifts in Women's Services & Pediatrics.
• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process according to state practice laws and hospital policies.
• Delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff based on competency and scope of practice.
• Supports and promotes safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
• Assists in coordinating staffing and break coverage.
• Collaborates with supervisors and physicians to resolve care delivery issues.
• Mentors and supports RN, LPN, and support staff.
• Participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Completes required documentation and ensures EMR accuracy.
• Complies with quality and safety guidelines, including infection control standards.
