Armor Health in Canton, Ohio, is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. You will lead, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality nursing care in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring physician orders are carried out and documentation is complete in the POMR format.

You will mentor staff, oversee patient care, coordinate with other units, and uphold infection control and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 2yrs experience in nursing.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate daily patient care activities to ensure orders are implemented and encounters documented using POMR.
• Schedule staff and patients to ensure coverage of patient care at all times.
• Lead, guide, and train employees performing related processes and expectations.
• Oversee and provide direct nursing care and consultation to patients.
• Coordinate services with other patient care units; maintain communication with allied services.
• Oversee quality assurance and infection control activities and compliance to standards.
