You will collaborate with physicians, attend Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings, administer medications, and guide nursing staff. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and adherence to standards. The position requires Ohio nursing license and at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or school.
• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year clinical healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and standards.
• Represent the nursing department in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Coordinate with units to ensure continuity of resident care.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as needed.
• Assist in reducing hospital readmissions and ensure quality care.
