Armor Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on leading daily patient care, coordinating staff coverage, and ensuring accurate documentation using the POMR format.

You will oversee nursing care, collaborate with other units, and uphold quality assurance and infection control standards. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least 2 years of clinical experience, and is proficient with EMRs.

Competenze

Current RN license in the state
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Current CPR certification
Proficient with electronic medical records
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Mansioni

Prepare, monitor, and coordinate daily patient care activities per physician orders and document encounters using POMR
Schedule staff and patients to ensure comprehensive care coverage
Lead, guide, and train employees on related processes and expectations
Oversee direct nursing care and provide consultation to patients
Coordinate services with other units and communicate with allied services
Oversee QA and infection control activities and compliance with standards
