Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or compact license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Chemo Provider card required or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Previous Medical/Surgical or Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Previous charge nurse experience or experience providing nursing leadership and supporting unit operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient responses.
• Deliver safe nursing care to patients with complex medical, surgical, and oncology needs.
• Administer and monitor inpatient chemotherapy treatments per protocols and safety standards.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout care and treatment.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and manage patient flow and safety.
