Texas Health Resources, Inc. in Fort Worth is seeking a Charge RN for the Radiology Care Unit. This full-time role involves four 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with some on-call requirements.

The RN will lead staffing, manage patient flow, and coordinate with CT/IR teams to deliver high-quality care. Strong clinical skills and confidentiality are essential, with ACLS/BCLS/NIHSS certifications required within timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.
• CLIAFE compliance required.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care required; 2 years preferred.
• Two years of Radiology/PACU recovery RN experience strongly preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timelines.
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign staff.
• Day-to-day control of patient workflow.
• Provide patient care to help fill staffing needs.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across areas.
• Communicate with other department RNs.
• RN functions in outpatient IR/CT pre-op and recovery, inpatient IR anesthesia recovery.
• Float to CT for procedures needing moderate sedation and order entry for IR/CT outpatients.
