Job summary

Texas Health Resources, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Interventional Radiology for a full-time role with a 40-hour work week and (4) 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with call requirements.

You will join a Magnet-designated, high-volume IR lab with strong leadership and growth opportunities in sedation management, EKG interpretation, and vascular/neuroradiology procedures while delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required for RN licensure.
• BSN preferred for career progression and leadership potential.
• RN on hire required to practice in the facility.
• CLIAFE compliance required for foreign education equivalency.
• 1 year IR/ED/ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
• BCLS mandatory; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months preferred.
• Discretion, confidentiality and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process within IR.
• Function independently as part of the VIR/Neuro Endovascular team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments during procedures.
• Manage moderate sedation, EKG interpretation, and lab draws.
• Develop skills beyond bedside roles, including scrub assistance.
• Support evidence-based practice in Interventional Radiology.
• Contribute to the largest, advanced IR lab in the DFW area.
