Job summary

Research Medical Center, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks a Charge RN for Progressive Care to lead patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit. The CNC collaborates with management to monitor nursing care and acts as a resource for staff, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, assist with admissions/discharges, and drive improved outcomes in collaboration with leadership. Coaching and scheduling support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Progressive Care/Nurse leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject-matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
