Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, eligible for hire.
• Registered Nurse with KY license at hire.
• CPR certification required at hire; ACLS and PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of personnel on Nursing Units, assign and evaluate patient care.
• Match resources to patient care needs and maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Monitor staffing productivity and align resources accordingly.
• Communicate personnel concerns to Unit Manager.
• Apply logical problem-solving to unit operations and staffing.
• Support patient experience initiatives on the unit.
