Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed in Indiana.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage personnel on the unit.
• Provide total care for all residents on the unit.
• Review daily nursing assignments to match abilities.
• Initiate and update residents' care plans.
