Job summary

Three Crosses Regional Hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to join our PreOp team, focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

The role leads a nursing shift, coordinates admissions and discharges, and collaborates with physicians and perioperative staff to maintain high standards of care. A valid RN license, BLS and ACLS are required, with 2+ years in a hospital or surgery center setting; leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold State RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital or surgery center experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care as part of the nursing process.
• Facilitate shift organization to optimize resources and manage conflicts.
