Qualificações

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in state or compact licensure required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing and support staff, delegating tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to maintain high standards.
• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure effective communication among physicians, patients and departments.
• Monitor bed assignments and resource utilization within the unit.
• Lead unit-level rounding and quality improvement initiatives.
