Job summary

Three Crosses Regional Hospital in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to join our PreOp team. You will lead a unit of nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and help ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Base rate is dependent on experience, with a $4.00 per hour charge differential and shift differential. Requirements: RN license in the state, BLS and ACLS, and 2+ years in hospital or surgery center settings.

Qualifications

• State Registered Nursing License required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum 2+ years hospital or surgery center experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Facilitate shift organization and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Coordinate with perioperative and recovery teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and align with nursing standards.
