Armor Health in St. John's County Jail is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to join our busy clinic team. The RN will manage daily patient care activities and coordinate with physicians to implement orders.

Ideal candidates bring a current RN license, at least 2 years of experience, CPR certification, and proficiency with electronic medical records. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and loan repayment assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate the daily patient care activities of the unit to ensure all physician orders are implemented fully and all patient encounters are documented using the POMR format.
• Schedule staff and patients to ensure complete coverage of patient care at all times and to provide effective patient services
• Lead, guide, and train employees performing related processes and expectations.
• Oversee and provide direct nursing care and consultation to patients
• Coordinate services with other patient care units as required; maintains communication with allied services.
• Oversee quality assurance and infection control activities and compliance to operational standards
