Job summary

Wellness Avenue Surgery Center in Florida seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to manage day-to-day OR operations and drive service quality. You will report to the ASC Administrator and oversee credentialing, safety, and performance to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.

Responsibilities

• Devise strategies for the clinical department according to company standards.
• Oversee budgeting and staffing resources.
• Plan and supervise patient care and administrative operations.
• Recruit staff to maintain qualified personnel.
• Create schedules for all employees and assign cases.
• Coordinate staff training and provide feedback.
• Evaluate performance and enforce policies as needed.
