You will mentor nurses, maintain standards of care, evaluate performance, and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff in a high‑pressure environment focused on immediate stabilization and optimal patient outcomes.
As an Emergency Services Charge RN, you will oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in acute care adds tremendous value to our nursing team.

To thrive in this role, you need to be accountable, confident, and an excellent communicator in one‑to‑one interactions and in front of groups. You must be comfortable holding tough conversations, as you are responsible for the performance of your people and your unit.
You will leverage your specialized expertise to provide rapid, individualized, comprehensive care, making swift and critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing urgent patient care plans for patients of all ages, from minor injuries to life‑threatening emergencies.
You’ll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, advanced practice providers, paramedics, and support staff, contributing to a high‑pressure, yet highly rewarding, environment focused on immediate stabilization and optimal patient outcomes.
